Er. Oommen.C. Vengal is a civil engineer and approved valuer, with a distinguished service in the Kerala Public Works Department (PWD). Over an illustrious career spanning 25 years in Kerala PWD, Er. Vengalwas involved in the design, construction and maintenance of major roads, bridges and building projects across the state.

Er. Vengal has extensive experience in valuation for government property acquisitions, rent fixation and acting as a technical subject matter expert for judicial disputes. During his tenure, Er. Vengal worked with the Plantation Corporation, Kerala as their Chief Construction Engineer as well as the Regional Manager of the Kerala State Construction Corporation.

As an approved valuer, he has been providing professional valuation services for over 10+ nationalized and private banks in the last 10 years.Supported by an able team that enables quick turnaround, he provides a wide gamut of services coveringbank valuations, income tax valuations, buildingvaluation for registration purposes, property valuation, rental valuation and more.

He is an approved valuer and fellow of the Institution of Valuers (India) and a registered valuer under u/s 34A B of the wealth tax act 1957 for immovable properties.

Aside to professional valuation services, Er. Vengal continues to play an active role in the social sphere of Kottayam District. He is the Vice Chairman of the working group of Infrastructure development of Kottayam Master Plan, technical member of the Kottayam Public Library Board, member of Kottayam District Nirmithi Kendra Technical Committee, amongst others.
